After the initial installation a few years ago our client asked Tokyo to return for an upgrade.
After a brief consultation we managed to come up with an upgrade plan to improve not only the audio and visual quality of the cinema, but the usability and convenience of it as well.
We had the pleasure of designing and installing a fully automated media room at a georgeous property in Devon.
The room features:
7.1 in wall/ceiling surround sound system
Sony 4k projector with drop down screen
Wall mounted 65" OLED television
Automated lights and blinds
High speed wireless network
We also built a full rack to house and power all the AV equipment, this includes:
Ubiquity Network Switch
A great example of a versatile installation which is perfect for the modern family home.
An OLED television mounted on an articulated bracket in the lounge, with extra equipment such as a games console and Sky box hidden in a floating cabinet.
In ceiling Monitor Audio speakers and a Yamaha amplifier provide the legwork for the rooms audio distribution, taking feeds from both the Sky box and the customers vinyl record player.
A beautiful location receiving a major upgrade to their viewing and Internet browsing experience.
Full Ubiquity wireless network with multiple access points throughout the main building and outhouse.
75" flat mounted television with discrete cable management and Control4 AV automation.
Our customer had problems when upgrading their Sky package to SkyQ - the distance between boxes made wireless connection impossible, and the Sky engineers were unable to offer any suitable solutions.
Tokyo TV to the rescue! We installed a discreet network cable around the outside of the property to link the SkyQ Mini box into the network - Our customer can now enjoy SkyQ in every room.
This customer renovated their whole home and wanted a clean, stylish TV installation to match their home. Featuring centralised CYP HDBT distribution and our luxury floating cabinets by Norstone.
Here our customer had moved into a new build requiring various TV's mounted, Sonos multiroom music, HDBT distribution, seamless WiFi throughout, and a Control4 system to control it.
This exciting project has now reached the stage for the TOKYO TV team to deliver the equipment and start testing and terminating the infrastructure of this prestige residential project.
The first challenge is to identify and organise the cabling installed by the electricians to the TOKYO TV original cable infrastructure design plans..
Once the cables have been identified, cleaned, dressed and tested the cable can then be terminated into our custom designed data cabinet, this will also house the SKY boxes, CYP video distribution and WiFi control system.
The next phase will be the installation of the integrated speaker system and WiFi access points.
When an audiophile customer requires the best possible sound and vision system for his latest restaurant TOKYO TV were delighted to make his dreams come true. Steak Of The Art in Southampton is the third restaurant in this fast growing luxury chain, and the third time TOKYO TV have been asked to provide the ultimate in audio visual entertainment for their diners.
The system was installed over three days by the expert TOKYO TV team of Sam, Alan and Andy. The system consisted of a central equipment cabinet including 2 x Cloud 4400 amplifiers 4 x Sonos zone amplifiers, CYP 4x4 HD video matrix, Sony Bluray, Apple TV and power distribution. In the restaurant the vision was supplied via 4 x Sony 55" 4k screens and the sound was delivered via 14 x Monitor Audio Professional wall mounted speakers. Even the toilets had dedicated Sonos music via in-ceiling Monitor Audio speakers.
This whole system is controlled from the restaurants front desk via an Apple ipad mounted in the latest Launch Port ipad dock.
The whole project was delivered on time and on budget and we are already looking forward to the next Steak Of The Art opening in a city near you soon!!
